Terms and conditions

• Royal Decree No 114/2001 issuing the Law on conservation of the environment and prevention of pollution and its implementing regulations
• Royal Decree No. 6/2003 issuing the natural reserves and protection of wildlife and its implementing regulations
• The ministerial decision 81/2004 related to regularizing the collection and transport of dry firewood.
• Other terms
• For permanent licenses
• The applicant should be at least 30 years old.
• He should not be working at the private or the public sector
• Should be a member of low income families or pensioners with monthly salary not more than RO350

    • For permanent license
    • Salary certificate
    • social security ID card
    •  a letter from the Public Authority for Manpower Register that he is a job seeker for more than 6 months

    Permanent Permit 
    Temporary Permit 

    Service fees

    None

    Validity of the service

    Permanent Permit  : six renewable months
    Temporary Permit  : two days non – renewable

    Time required for processing the service

    For Permanent Permit  : 14 working days in case of completing all requirements
    For Temporary Permit  : two working days

    3- Field visit in case of permanent permit
    4- Assessment of field visit report
    5- Receive the Permit
