Terms and conditions

• Royal Decree No 46/95 issuing the system for the handling and import of chemicals
• hazardous chemical materials registration regulation and their licenses issued by the Ministerial Decision No 248/97
• Regulation for the packing, labelling and data for the hazardous chemical materials issued by the Ministerial Decision No 317/2001
• Ministerial Decision No. (14/2017) determining fees for obtaining   permits for chemicals handling
• Compliance with the technical specifications for licensing as approved by the Ministry
• Other terms
• Get a prior license for the import or the manufacture
• Get a sale permit of company which  was purchased from it.

    Documents required

    • Permit   for import or manufacture
    • a sale permit of company which  was purchased from it
    • Environmental permit

    Service outputs

    • Permit for the export of hazardous chemical materials
    • Approval  for the export of nonhazardous chemicals materials

    Service fees

    • For permit                        40 OR
    • No fees for the approval to export non-hazardous materials

    Validity of the service

    • Validity of the license is one year or till the quantity is over (whichever is earlier)
    • Validity of the approval is two (2) years in case of Non-hazardous chemicals .

    Time required for processing the service

    • One working day in case all requirements are met

    Service stages

     1- Application for the permit through Bayan system and the attachment of all required documents.
    2- study and assessment of project
    3- E-payment of the permit fees
    4- Receiving the permit
    5- Submit a report every six months during the period of validity of the permit
