Terms and conditions

All applications must adhere to:
-Royal Decree No. 114/2001 Issuing the Law on Conservation of the Environment and Prevention of Pollution and its Regulations 
-Royal Decree No. 6/2003 Issuing the Law on Nature Reserves and Wildlife Conservation and its Regulations 
-Other conditions:
-Imported native-like species/breeds of wildlife must be registered with MECA
-A possession permit must be obtained for export or re-export of native wild species

    Certificate of origin and purchase invoice for the import of native-like wild species/breeds

    Import and export per number/ quantity
    • From 1 to 5: 5 OMR
    • From 6 to 10: 10 OMR
    • From 11 to 15: 15 OMR
    • From 16 to 30: 20 OMR
    •  From 31 to 200: 25 OMR
    • From 61 to 200: 30 OMR
